Order Processing Information: Most barcode products are sent automatically via email and delivered instantly. If you have not received your email, please check your spam folder before contacting us (as emails are sent automatically, they can sometimes be blocked by spam filters, particularly if you are using a Hotmail address). If you ordered EAN-13 or UPC-A barcode numbers, or a barcode package, these products will be delivered instantly. ISBN barcodes, EAN/UPC barcode images, and ITF-14 carton codes are also delivered instantly. Our other products require manual creation before they can be sent; therefore, the processing time for these items is 24-48 hours during business days.
